When this precious family hired us for design assistance for finishes in their new modern farmhouse, we were thrilled to say yes! The Mr. and Mrs. have a great eye for design themselves. So many wonderful touches in the home were handmade or conceptualized by them! Many times the people who hire us already have an eye for good design they just need confirmation or help refining the look they are going for. That was certainly true of this family.

We guided them to elements such as classic black and white hexagon tile with modern details like gold lighting and bathroom fixtures. The herringbone pattern brick flooring in the guest bath and lighting over the island were some of our favorite things about this home. Now, we’re just waiting for them to let us move in! 😉
